These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern your use of the Intuition Groupe digital platform, including the purchase of our a la carte services and comprehensive ecosystem partnerships. By accessing this website or executing a transaction, you automatically acknowledge and accept these terms in full.

1. Service Delivery & Scope

We pride ourselves on engineering targeted solutions. To ensure operational excellence, specific parameters apply to our individual services:

Web & Graphic Design: Fixed-price packages, including High-Conversion Landing Pages and Brand Identity Sprints, include a maximum of two (2) targeted revision rounds. Subsequent revisions require a separate operational agreement.
Filmmaking & Stop Motion: Project scope, including location limits and shooting hours, are strictly adhered to as outlined in the product description.
App Development: Rapid MVP deployments and Blueprints are executed based on the finalized technical specification document. Feature requests outside the initial agreed scope will be assessed and quoted separately.

2. Client Responsibilities

Timely delivery requires active collaboration. The Client must provide all necessary assets (written copy, raw footage, branding materials) prior to the commencement of the project. Delays in providing these core materials will directly impact delivery timelines.

3. Financial Terms

Payments

We process transactions securely via Credit Card, Debit Card, Digital Wallets, and Klarna. Full payment is required upfront for a la carte marketplace services unless an explicit milestone agreement is established via our Retainer Partnership model.

Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke, labor-intensive nature of digital strategy, media production, and custom development, all payments are non-refundable once production, design, or consulting has commenced. We maintain proactive communication to ensure every project aligns with the specified requirements.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full and final payment, the Client assumes full ownership of the final deliverables. Intuition Groupe retains the right to utilize completed projects, wireframes, and public-facing assets for portfolio display and marketing purposes unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed prior to purchase.

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is paramount. This section explains our stringent data handling protocols.

Data Collection: We collect necessary billing information, contact details, and project specifications strictly to fulfill your order and facilitate communication.
Payment Processing: We do not store your raw credit card data on our servers. All financial transactions are encrypted and processed through certified third-party payment gateways.
Data Usage: Your information is utilized solely to deliver services, manage your account, and communicate regarding your project. We do not sell, rent, or distribute your data to external agencies.
Cookies: Our platform utilizes operational cookies to remember your cart contents, manage session states securely, and provide a seamless browsing experience.

6. Limitation of Liability

Intuition Groupe engineers solutions for success, but we cannot guarantee specific financial results, immediate audience growth, or third-party platform approvals (e.g., App Store acceptance), as these metrics rely on external algorithms and market conditions outside our direct control.
